Use Your Passion to Make a Change in the Community

How to Initiate Your Own Passion Project Manual:

  1. Define your area of interest by starting to try new activities and asking yourself what you truly enjoy.

  2. Set a clear goal: Know exactly what you want to do and make sure to keep a reasonable goal.

  3. Do initial research: Gain knowledge about your topic, look at similar projects for inspirations, investigate different platforms, and identify your target audience.

  4. Make a simple plan including a timeline of how you are going to do your work and what resource you are going to use.

  5. Start with something small and then build. Don’t be afraid to experiment with new things. Launch your project on a small scale and receive feedback to improve.

  6. Find mentors to guide you in your journey and give feedback to improve your work. With their expertise, they can help generate new ideas as well.

  7. Keep track of your progress by keeping a journal or blog because seeing your progress will help motivate you.

  8. Share your work to the world. Post it online, present it in school, have other people engage in your project in real-time scenarios. This will help build your confidence and reveal any areas for improvement.

  9. After gaining some experience, reflect on your project and use it to expand your ideas on a large scale. Figure out what you could have done better and what resources or strategies worked the best.
